Shipping Policy
Order Processing & Delivery Time
• Orders within India are usually processed and dispatched within 1–10 business days.
• Delivery typically takes 2–10 business days, depending on your location.
• Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control such as:
• Weather conditions
• Political disruptions or strikes
• Courier delays
Pre-Orders
• Processing time for pre-orders will always be mentioned in the product description.
Important Shipping Notes
• We do not compensate for delays or any emotional/mental distress caused by late deliveries.
• Please double-check your shipping address and details before placing the order.
• Once shipped, the address cannot be changed.
• If an incorrect address is entered, contact us immediately. Even in such case we might forget to edit the details while shipping so please be aware and put the right detail from the start. We are not responsible for resending orders at our own expense.
• Theiathestore is not responsible for any package that is lost or damaged after it leaves our facility.
• For compensation claims, an uncut unboxing video must be provided within 24 hoursof receiving the package.
Return Policy
• All sales are final — we do not accept returns due to hygiene and sanitation reasons.
• We are not liable for products that tarnish after exposure to water or liquids.
• Please inspect your items upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us immediately.
RTO (Return to Origin) Policy
If your order is returned to us due to:
• Failed delivery attempts
• Incorrect shipping address
• Recipient unavailability
We will:
• Contact you to reship the order
• A ₹150 reshipping fee will apply (covers both return and reshipping costs)
• Note: Orders cannot be cancelled once placed
Delivered But Not Received?
If your tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your package:
• Please check with your neighbors, building security, or reception — especially if you stay in a high-rise building, industrial area, or college hostel/dorm.
• Couriers sometimes leave packages in these locations without notifying.
• If you still can’t find the parcel, contact us within 24 hours of the marked delivery.
We cannot assist with delivery issues reported after this timeframe.
Exchange Policy
Due to hygiene and sanitation concerns, we do not offer exchanges.
